Have you always wanted to learn how to crochet, and just need a friendly and patient person to teach you? Well, our wonderful crochet tutor, Katie, is that person!
In these beginner sessions, you will be taught the fundamentals of crochet and how to get back on the right track if things go wrong. Feel free to join one or more classes if you want to return for more practice and advice.
IMPORTANT:
Please check here before booking as once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
SUITABILITY:
This group is perfect for complete beginners who are excited to learn how to crochet!
This class is suitable for adults only, age 16+.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- You'll need one ball of double-knit yarn and a 4mm crochet hook. These can be purchased on the day if you need to.
- It's also worth bringing a notebook and pen, and a small pair of scissors if you have them.
STUDIO ACCESS:
The studio is accessed from the main shop down a flight of stairs from the shop with alternative access direct to the basement for anyone requiring an entrance without steps. If you do have any accessibility needs or questions, please let us know in the comments when you book or drop us an email.
When attending any class, please come to Sew Yarn Crafty. The studio opens just 10 mins before a class begins, but please arrive earlier if you need to purchase any materials for your class so that you're not rushed.
If you are running late for an evening class and the shop is shut after the class has started, don't worry! Simply go down the alley (Wilson's Close) to the side entrance (with the bright pink door!) and ring the doorbell.
